Helen L. Taylor is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer residing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, she has resided in the local region since early childhood. She is a published author, co-publishing and releasing the life works of her late Father on his discoveries of true planetary motions and rhythmic climatic changes in 2010. She has managed several public relations social media websites simultaneously since that time focusing on the book, as well as writing on humanitarian efforts with her annual 40 days fasting and fund-raisng for the needy globally , natural healing, vegetarian lifestyles, fitness and holistic health. She has become a walking billboard using her own journey with losing over 75 pounds over the past 2 years of natural lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, exercise and a holistic approach to health. Some of her success is attributed to the use of natural herbs, raw and cooked foods in a 75/25% ratio, vegetarianism, periodic fasting and discipline. A strong proponent of health and wellness who has used her love of culinary arts, health and fitness, self improvement to become a walking platform for her results of application of those components into her own quest for better health, and the personal success with the positive changes they have brought to her life. She has a story to share with anyone who is also pursuing better health through personal fitness, proper nutritional counseling and personal lifestyle change for wellness and longevity.
After a first career in the Cosmetology industry as a trend-setter,business owner, teacher and platform artist for large hair-care manufacturers like Soft Sheen Products in the late 90's travelling, teaching and conducting professional motivational educational workshops in the U.S and the Caribbean, she is currently recently certified in a parallel self imorovement arena of Personal Fitness. With her passion of self love, that spills over into loving others, she is qualified and eager to begin sharing her knowledge, educating and counseling others who travel the same journey to self- love through, health, fitness and the miracle of life's wonders via that path to self improvement.
Her goal is to build a client base and portfolio through personal fitness training, dietary counseling, customized periodized exercise programs and to motivate and educate others which is the joy of her life!
